Returns & Buy-Back Policy

​Sealed Products: All sales of sealed products are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" once items have left our possession or been opened during a live Auction.

​Single Cards: All single card purchases, whether through our storefront or via Auctions, are sold "as-is."

​Buy-Back Option: Single cards may be sold back to Lux Loot at 70% of the current market value or the original purchase price, whichever amount is lower. Cards must be returned in their original sold condition.

​Shipping & Handling

​Dispatch Time: In-stock items will be dispatched within 3 business days of purchase. This excludes Pre-Orders, which are subject to international shipping timelines (see our full T&Cs).

​Auction Bundling: If you win multiple items during a single Auction session, we will bundle your orders to provide the most efficient shipping rate possible.

​Professional Protection: We understand the value of your collection. All single cards are shipped in protective sleeves and/or top-loaders to ensure they arrive in the condition described. Sealed products are securely padded for transit.

​Liability: Lux Loot is not responsible for carrier delays or transit damage once dispatched. We recommend selecting insured shipping for high-value "hits" or boxes.
