Lux_Loot Sales, Pre-Order & Buy-Back Policy
1. Sealed Product Sales

Finality of Sale: To protect the integrity of our inventory, all sales of sealed products (e.g., Booster Boxes, ETBs) are final once they leave our facility.

No Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit if you simply change your mind or decide you no longer want the item after the purchase is complete.
2. Single Cards (Shop & Auctions)

"As-Is" Sales: All single cards, whether purchased via our storefront or through live auctions (e.g., Whatnot), are sold "as-is."

Condition Acceptance: Once a transaction is complete and the card condition has been accepted, we do not offer traditional returns or refunds. We encourage all buyers to review high-resolution photos or live video feeds carefully before purchase.
3. The Lux_Loot Buy-Back Guarantee
While we do not offer standard "change of mind" refunds, we provide a Buy-Back Option to provide our customers with a guaranteed exit strategy for their single cards.

Eligibility: You may sell your cards back to Lux_Loot at any time, provided the cards are returned in the exact condition in which they were originally sold. Any new damage, whitening, or surface wear may void this offer.

Payout Calculation: Our buy-back price is typically 70% of the current market value or the original purchase price (whichever is lower).

Discretionary Processing: Buy-backs are processed at our discretion and may be issued via store credit or direct payment depending on current business requirements and inventory levels.
4. Pre-Orders & International Shipments

50% Deposit: All pre-orders require a 50% deposit to secure your item. The remaining balance must be paid within 10 business days of your initial pre-order.

Non-Refundable Deposits: Because deposits are used immediately to secure international allocations and freight, they are non-refundable for change of mind.

Availability: If a product becomes unavailable or cannot be obtained internationally, Lux_Loot will provide a 100% refund of your deposit.

Missed Payments: Failure to pay the balance within 10 days may result in order cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit to cover our logistical losses.
5. Consumer Guarantees (Your Rights)
This policy does not exclude or limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Refunds or replacements will be provided if an item is found to be counterfeit, significantly not as described, or has a major fault that was not disclosed at the time of sale.
