The Lux_Loot Buyout Process

  1. Request a Quote: Email us at luxloot.tcg@gmail.com with a list or photos of the cards you wish to sell.

  2. Ship for Assessment: Once we provide a preliminary estimate, ship your cards to our secure Australian facility for a physical inspection.

  3. Final Offer: After assessing the exact condition and current market value, we will send you a final firm offer.

  4. Instant Payout: Once you accept, we trigger your payment via Bank Transfer/PayPal within 24–48 hours.

Our Pricing Structure

Our standard buyout rate is 70% of the Current Market Value, adjusted for condition. However, we offer Premium Rates up to 85% for cards that meet specific criteria:

  • The 85% Tier (Premium): Reserved for highly liquid "chase" cards, high-grade slabs (PSA/BGS 10), or cards currently in extreme market demand.

  • The 70% Tier (Standard): Our baseline for most Holos, VMAX, Full Arts, and Vintage cards in Excellent to Near Mint condition.

  • Condition Adjustments: Market value is based on "Near Mint" (NM) sales. If a card is assessed as Lightly Played (LP), Moderately Played (MP), or Damaged, the offer will be adjusted relative to the market price for that specific condition.

Terms & Conditions for Direct Buyouts

  • Condition is Final: Lux_Loot’s physical assessment of the card’s condition (centering, whitening, surface, and edges) is final. We use high-resolution macro photography to document the condition upon arrival.

  • Market Data: We base our "Market Value" on the latest verified sales data from [e.g., TCGPlayer, eBay Sold Listings, or PriceCharting].

  • Shipping: The seller is responsible for shipping costs to Lux_Loot. If you decline our final offer, you are responsible for the return shipping cost ($[Insert Amount] for tracked/insured return).

  • Authenticity: Any cards found to be counterfeit will be marked and returned at the seller's expense, or disposed of at the seller's request. No offer will be made on non-authentic items.

  • Market Shifts: Our offers are valid for 48 hours. Due to market volatility, if cards are not received within 7 business days of the initial quote, Lux_Loot reserves the right to re-quote based on updated market data.
